About Tito and The Right Guyz
The Right Guyz Plumbing Services is a small, owner-run plumbing company serving all of San Antonio. The owner, Tito Pacheco, is a Texas Responsible Master Plumber, and he's the one who answers the phone and shows up at your door.
Tito's story
Victor "Tito" Pacheco didn't plan on becoming a plumber. A friend encouraged him to enter the trade, even though he was reluctant at first. The work was challenging, but he soon discovered a natural ability for solving plumbing problems. What began as an unexpected opportunity became his calling.
After working for several companies, Tito knew what kind of plumber, and business owner, he wanted to be. He had seen customers pressured into unnecessary purchases and given misleading information to make a sale. He couldn't stand behind those practices. He believed people deserved honest answers, dependable work, and respect.
On March 29, 2001, he started the business that became The Right Guyz Plumbing Service. He already had the experience and was doing the work. Starting on his own took a truck, his tools, and the belief that he could build something better.
That belief still guides him today. Tito takes the time to investigate the problem, explain the options, and discuss the price before work begins. His goal is simple: do the job right and give customers a plumber they can trust.
His commitment to helping people extends beyond plumbing. Through community service, support for shelters serving women and children, helping people experiencing homelessness, and motivational speaking, Tito works to give back and encourage others to believe in their own ability to move forward.
How we got our name
Our customers gave us our name.
Before the business had a name, people were already calling Tito and his crew "the right guys." A lot of the folks who called them had been through bad experiences with other plumbers. Some had paid for repairs that didn't last. Others had work done by someone without a license and were left with problems that were worse than when they started.
When Tito came out, found the real problem, fixed it right and charged a fair price, they'd say the same thing: "This time we got the right guys."
The name stuck. We spell it our own way, and we work to earn it again every time we walk into someone's home.
The team
The Right Guyz is a husband-and-wife team. Tito Pacheco, the owner and Responsible Master Plumber (RMP #46340), does the plumbing work himself, explains what he finds and walks you through your options.
His wife, Yessenia Pacheco, is our Operations and Plumbing Assistant. Together they handle the calls, scheduling and billing, and they work the jobs, so you get personal service from the first call until the work is done.

Problem with my toilet happened early in the morning, called The Right Guyz and plumber Tito arrived within 45 minutes. Didn't take long for running water to be taken care of, part was replaced.
