Historic homes need a careful plumber
Neighborhoods near downtown, like King William, Lavaca, Tobin Hill and Monte Vista, have some of the oldest houses in the city. Many are more than a century old. Their plumbing has usually been updated in stages, so it’s common to find cast iron, galvanized steel, copper and plastic all in the same house.
Working on a historic home takes patience. We try to reach problems with as little disruption as possible, and we’ll explain what we find and what we recommend before we open anything up. A sewer camera inspection is a great first step on an older home, since the original sewer line is often clay or cast iron.

Downtown restaurants and bars put a lot of grease down their drains, and a backup in the middle of a dinner rush is a disaster. We offer commercial plumbing service for businesses, including drain clearing, hydro-jetting to scour grease out of kitchen lines, restroom repairs and water heater replacement.
