Most plumbers won't give you a number until they're standing in your kitchen. We post our prices so you can plan, compare and decide without the pressure.

    The trip out and the diagnosis. We tell you what's wrong and what it costs before any work starts. After 5 PM the price is higher, so ask for the after-hours price when you call.

  • 40-gallon electric water heater replacement (not in attic)

    Removal of the old tank and installation of a new company-supplied 40-gallon electric water heater outside the attic. Price is before taxes. Venting changes, changes to existing piping, rerouting the T&P discharge line, new shut-off valves and other added work can raise the price and are quoted before work begins.

We flush and inspect your water heater to clear out the sediment that San Antonio's hard water leaves behind. Then we run a camera down your main sewer line to look for roots, blockages, leaks and damage, so you know what shape it's in before it turns into an emergency.

Terms: Residential customers. The sewer camera inspection requires an accessible cleanout.
